1.4 Google user data

When you connect a Google account, we access only the data covered by the permissions you approve on Google’s consent screen:

  • Sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture, used to create and identify your account.
  • Google Contacts (optional, Community invitations): the names and email addresses in your own contact list, read-only, so you can choose whom to invite. The list is shown only to you while you pick and is not stored on our servers; only the invitations you choose to send are recorded.
  • Google Workspace (staff only): a staff member’s own mailbox contacts and permission to send email from that mailbox, used solely to send platform invitations in their name.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide the feature you requested. We do not use it for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide that feature or as required by law. Humans do not read this data except with your consent, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.

You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account permissions page or by disconnecting Google inside the app; we then delete the tokens that granted the access.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:
